Great experience with Window World. They replaced my huge kitchen window which was the worst window in my recently purchased home. Now the kitchen window is nicer looking, quieter and better at keeping the cold out than my other windows. I had them install 22 windows in my previous 1898 home and the experience and windows were all good back in 2013. That is why I called on them again. I'm happy with their product and service. I may have to have them replace my other windows in my new to me house.

The sales person (Barry) was very affable and straight-forward with the quote. Installation was about 5-6 weeks later, as I was promised. The installation crew (2 men) did a good job installing the windows and were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. The windows themselves are great and are working as expected. I really love how I can fold them down to clean them. I give a 4-star only because I haven't dealt with their Customer Service department and cannot provide feedback on that aspect of the company. Overall I'm a happy customer and would recommend.

Window World of Dayton did an excellent job replacing all the windows in our home. Salesmen was on time and did an excellent job explaining our options. Installation crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves well. Installers also made a great recommendation on a trim choice of the exterior window that turned out better that we imagined. Windows seem like great quality and pricing was very competitive and come with a warranty. I would recommend them for your window replacement.

Ginger was great and easy to work with. Our sales rep was really nice and not pushy at all. Installers were good. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. But they had to come back to install one more window and a new installer came but didn’t clean up the dust he left in bathroom. Not a big deal. Overall a great experience!

Such a well run business and such great people. Everyone we dealt with from sales, to office, to the installers was so helpful. No pressure sales. Communication with all involved was second to none. I will recommend them to anyone.
