From the first telephone call to schedule a consultation to the completion of the installation, this is a terrific company to work with. Everyone is so friendly and they answered all of our questions. Our salesman was amazing with product explanation and not pushy at all. The installation was a great experience, even though it was sleeting and snowing the installers were in good spirits and took their time to complete the job correctly.We highly recommend this company.

Thirteen years ago Window World replaced all the windows in my home. in the last year or so, I had problems with two of the windows. I tried to figure out what the problem was with no luck.
Finally, I decided to call Window
World since when the windows were installed, they came with a "lifetime warranty." I was skeptical, but figured, what the Hell, so I called.
Much to my surprise, the woman who answered the phone took my name, looked in the records, found my installation record and immediately set up an appointment with a repairman. No "yes you have a warranty, but......" Nope, they just came out and fixed the problem.
Window World treated me right and I appreciate it!

We had a wonderful experience with Window World! We only needed 2 windows and several companies I contacted had a 5 window minimum. We had an order through a big box store but it was taking too long for the installer to come do measurements, plus they only offered regular and casement windows for my window needs. I contacted Window World and they could do awning windows which I wanted and at HALF the cost of what I ordered through the big box!
I canceled current order and went with WW. Our estimated completion date was in 5-6 months but the windows came in and were installed yesterday in under 4 months! The installer (I think his name is Charlie) was fantastic! Very friendly and he got them installed quickly and they look beautiful! He was very courteous and cleaned up the work area perfectly!
I will be contacting Window World again when we are ready for new doors :)

My wife and I truly enjoy and like the double-hung (and horizontal sliding) windows by Window World. These are high-quality products at a reasonable price! Professionally installed, they look fantastic and function so easily. Excellent sound and energy insulation too. We are replacing all of our windows over the course of 3 years.

We had all of our windows replaced on April 6th 2022. Our installers were very nice but the work was not 100% great. They installed the first window incorrectly and left holes in the drywall from their mistake. They did a very sloppy job with the caulking on the outside, and lastly they did not clean up after themselves very well. There is sticky residue/gunk on every window from stickers and dirt/drywall dust in every window. While we love our new windows, I did not expect to have to spend hours cleaning up the mess that was left behind and patching holes in the wall. And now my husband will have to redo the caulking on the outside to make them look more presentable.
