They were very well priced and are quality windows. I would have rated 5 stars but they did not do any cleanup in the house after they were done.

Very quick installation. The guys installing were professional, courteous and cleaned up the mess. We had several quotes and chose window world for value and price. Have already recommended them to friends.

The best thing about Window World is their prices. Hands down.
I had quoted 2 large windows for my garage with Andersen windows and it was going to cost me about ~$2,000 for each window. And I had to install them.
With Window World it cost me $1,100 and they installed them for me. The installer took less than 2 hours to install both windows.
The quality of the windows is fantastic.
The only bad thing was the schedule, they have SO much business that it was going to take several months to install my windows, like 4-5 months since we signed the contract. But I got lucky, they had a cancelation and they came 2 months earlier than planned. I received a call and they came next day.
Nonetheless, I am very happy with Window World.
Will use Window World again for sure.

My only complaint is that they did not clean the windows. We had some cathedral height windows installed and they were full of fingerprints and smudges. We do not have the ability to clean them.

The installers very professional & friendly. My home was built in the early 40s; several styles of windows & sizes! The storm and back door had to replace an install by someone else who had messed up the frames! All the windows & doors now look great, outside & inside, & are easy to operate and clean. I am ecstatic!!

We recently had windows installed and new doors and they did an outstanding job. The pricing was competitive and they men who performed the installation did an exceptional job. They cleaned up when they were finished and other than the new windows and doors (which look great and have reduced our energy usage) you wouldn't have known they were there. Thank you Window World in Moraine, OH very much!

I had 8 windows installed this past June. They did an excellent job on the install. A few screens were messed up and they came right out and corrected. I bought triple pane and can tell the difference in the sound and especially since it has gotten colder. Are they high end or the best quality, not sure on that, but their prices can't be beat!

We just got our windows this past Wednesday, replacing the originals that were installed in 1969. The guys were warm, funny and very hard working.
Our place is now the most comfortable it's ever been.
When it snowed on Thursday, we could open the blinds and watch it without freezing. Before they left, they helped me with putting back the few heavy and difficult things I had trouble with. My hubby and I are so very pleased and happy, and highly recommend them.
